The Offices @ Two Five & J is proud to introduce our Entrepreneur Mentorship Program, designed to connect entrepreneurs with experienced professionals who can provide guidance, insight, and practical advice for growing a successful business. Starting and growing a business can be challenging. Many entrepreneurs benefit from having someone who has already navigated the path to offer perspective, encouragement, and real-world experience. Our mentorship program creates meaningful connections between emerging entrepreneurs and seasoned professionals who are committed to supporting the next generation of business leaders.

How the Program Works
The mentorship program pairs entrepreneurs with experienced mentors for a 3–6 month mentoring cycle, with one meeting per month either virtually or in person. During this time, participants will work together to address key areas of business development, such as:
• Business strategy and planning
• Marketing and branding
• Sales and customer development
• Financial management and cash flow
• Operations and business systems
• Government and corporate contracting
• Supplier diversity and certifications
• Leadership and professional development

Entrepreneurs participating in the program will gain valuable insights while mentors have the opportunity to share their expertise and help strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
