The Offices @ Two Five & J receives funding from the City of Newport News Department of Development (VA) to implement the Business Assistance Program for residents and businesses of the Southeast Community of Newport News. The primary purpose of the Business Assistance Program is to provide training, technical assistance, and supportive services to aspiring entrepreneurs who need help establishing a business and assist existing businesses. The business supportive services are intended to help businesses grow, increase revenue, become self-sufficient, and become more competitive in the marketplace.
